About FunTechDad
FunTechDad is a provider of computing education, based in the UK across Gloucestershire & Worcestershire, with aim to grow and make a meaningful impact. We are dedicated to making learning real creative digital skills fun. Not everyone is aiming to become the next tech-mega-master, but being able and comfortable to use tech to make special moments with the ones we love is a skill that makes life for you and those around you infinitely richer.
“Modern life-skills include being comfortable and literate with a computer. And it includes seeing people and the world around you- making them smile, because you see them, so they smile back at you and see you. People today will need to be digitally literate to survive and thrive in the modern world. They need a heart to make it mean something. At FunTechDad, we’re on a mission to never forget the heart.” — Oliver Moss, Founder
FunTechDad collaborates with schools, community groups, local authorities, and private organisations to inspire and educate young and old people.
Bespoke Learning Curriculum
We can shape our lessons to you. Problem with a certain behaviour or changes? Creative technology allows us to paint a picture, make a poster or music about it.
Creative Tech Clubs for Schools
We spin words that dance, sing, and convert visitors into fans.
Interactive Technology Workshops for care homes/community groups
We turn caffeine and curiosity into lightning-fast websites.
Example Project
The I C U Iris Painting
Participants group into pairs, study each others eyes. After an introduction to Krita, they paint each others Irises.
Schools
Give students more than another coding club.
3D design → digital art → music → video → coding → game development
Care homes + Community

Real Tools. Zero Subscriptions. Infinite Possibilities.
Founded by Oliver Moss — a machine shop technician and dad — Fun Tech Dad was built on a simple principle: high-level creative skills shouldn't be locked behind expensive software subscriptions.
Every program taught in our workshops uses free, open-source tools (FOSS). This means students and seniors can install the exact same programs on their home computers for free and keep creating long after the session ends.
